It is the new generation of sibutramine, which also contains taurine, caffeine and synephrine besides sibutramine.
1.SIBUTRAMINE
In Sibutra, it is a so-called anorectic - an appetite suppressant sibutramine starts with a natural process in the body, namely, the chemical reactions of the body during food intake. If we take food to ourselves, the stomach expands and causes the nerve endings of the stomach wall to communicate this to the brain. The nerve endings communicate with the brain via the messenger substances serotonin and noradrenaline, and inform the brain that the stomach is stretching, resulting in satiety. This communication process between stomach and brain takes about 15 minutes. Serotonin and noradrenaline are removed from the docking points in the brain after work by neurotransmitters.
Sibutramine is responsible for this, where it prevents the messenger substances serotonin and noradrenaline being transported by neurotransmitters. Therefore, sibutramine acts as a serotonin-noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor. As a result, the messenger substances stay longer at the docking points and develop their effect there; the sense of satiety occurs more quickly and lasts longer. This results in reverse to appetite suppression, and this effect of sibutramine unfortunately lasts only a few weeks. The intake of sibutramine is therefore limited due to a loss of effectiveness if one leaves health aspects outside.
Another effect of sibutramine is an increase in thermogenesis, which is an increase in the heat production of the body, which in turn leads to increased energy consumption.
According to the most cited study, more than 20% of obese subjects lost more than 10% of their body weight. A further 55% of the patients were able to reduce their weight by 5%, which is a very remarkable result, if it is applied to an athlete's body.

2.CAFFEINE
Although research about the connection between caffeine and weight isn't definitive, there are a few theories about how caffeine might affect weight, including:
Appetite suppression. Caffeine may reduce your desire to eat for a brief time, but there's not enough evidence to show that long-term consumption aids weight loss.
Calorie burning. Caffeine may stimulate thermogenesis — one way your body generates heat and energy from digesting food.

3.TAURINE
Taurine is a substance produced within the body and acquired through the consumption of meat and fish (mainly). It has many biological functions: besides supporting neurological development, it is a key component of bile acid. It is thought to help the breakdown of fats and the absorption of nutrients.

4.SYNEPHRINE
Synephrine is used mostly for its stimulant effects, and its capability to stimulate the metabolism and promote weight-loss. This wonderful substance appears to be highly effective at reducing appetite, and stimulating lipolysis (fat-burning). The great thing about synephrine is that it appears to be able to increase metabolism rate and reduce appetite without affecting blood pressure or heart rate.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION OF SIBUTRA:
Sibutramine metabolites have a half-life of 14-16 hours, which is why a once-daily dose for breakfast is sufficient. It is usually started with 10-15 mg, which in most cases should lead to the desired result. If this dosage is not sufficient, it can be increased to a maximum of 30 mg, which should be the absolute upper limit. During the intake, the blood pressure should always be kept in mind.
